The Annual Giving Campaign is an opportunity for the UA community to come together to collectively show our commitment to creating an exceptional learning environment for all students.
With your generosity, we are able to invest in the programming, people and places that help us achieve our vision of educating for tomorrow. Our goal this year is to raise $250,000 with 100% family participation, and your donation, no matter the size, positively impacts our students both within and beyond the classroom.
We invite you to direct your donation to a fund that is most meaningful to you and your family.
AV enhancements for full school events in the gym, as well as the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors where all students gather for assemblies and presentations. We would also love to add live-streaming capabilities in the gym and additional professional development for our staff.
Equipment for sports, student technology, and specialty programs like the new ARC program. We would also like to expand opportunities for guest speakers, experts and field study to ensure every student is stretched in their experiences.

One-time or monthly donations can be made online via credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or bank transfer by clicking the Donate Today button below.
All donations made online receive an automatic tax receipt.
Interac e-Transfer
Maximize your impact! Donating by e-Transfer has no processing fees, meaning 100% of your gift goes directly to support Urban Academy.

PARENT EQUITY UNITS
Donate your $5,000 Parent Equity Unit to Urban Academy to receive an official charitable tax receipt. You can then re-invest those tax savings directly into your child’s RESP, giving your gift the power to grow over time while immediately enriching our school community.
Donate Securities
By donating publicly traded stocks or mutual funds, you can eliminate capital gains tax and make a larger impact. You can easily process your stock donation through our trusted partner, CanadaHelps, or recommend a grant from your Donor-Advised Fund (DAF).
Employer Matching
Did you know that many companies will match their employees’ charitable donations? A matching gift program can double, or even triple, the impact of your support for Urban Academy.
How to get your gift matched:
- Check with your HR department or your company’s internal employee portal to see if they offer a matching gift program.
- Submit a matching request to your employer (either through their online portal or via a form).
- Your employer will review the request and send the matching funds directly to Urban Academy!
