URBAN ACADEMY UNIFORMS
Our students are smart and they look it too. Urban Academy Students wear school uniforms to represent our school. Styles vary slightly between boys and girls and between ages, and the Urban Academy Uniform Manual makes it easy to know how to dress the part. For Grades 4-12, Fridays mark ‘Spirit Wear Fridays’ where students are able to wear house team wear, PE wear and any other UA branded apparel.

JK to Grade 5 Uniform
Unless indicated, all items must be purchased from InSchoolwear, and are mandatory unless listed in italics as OPTIONAL. Choices are available for certain mandatory items as indicated by “OR” with full uniform details found in the uniform manual. The UA uniform is not gender specific with a variety of pants and hoodie options available for both genders. Formal wear and day-to-day wear are the same, with the exception of knitwear (sweaters, vests, cardigans) being mandatory on formal uniform days.
Grades 6 to 12 Day-to-Day and Formal Uniform
It is expected that attention will be given to the formal dress code by both parents and students as we proudly represent Urban Academy. The UA uniform is unisex and any option of bottoms listed in the uniform manual are acceptable for all students. Unless otherwise specified, all items must be purchased from InSchoolwear. Formal uniform must include an InSchoolwear dress shirt, tie, and blazer, worn with either pants or kilt.
