The Urban Academy Out Of School Care (OOSC) Centre’s mission is to provide a safe, quality out-of-school care program to students that facilitates structured time and free-play for learning and fun. We embrace open communication with parents so that every parent will be secure in the knowledge that their child’s evolving individual needs are continuously nurtured.
The OOSC Centre is open Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 9:00 am and 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm for students in Kindergarten to Grade 7 who are under 13 years old. The Centre’s hours of operation on Professional Development days, during Winter and Spring Break and during the summer are 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. The Centre is closed on all school holidays and for two weeks during the summer.
